Why We Love This 99 Year Old Real Estate Agent

imagesYou probably never heard of Stewart Wade but he’s one of the hardest working 99 year olds you’ll ever meet.  Stewart gets up between 5:30-6:00 a.m. every day and goes swimming in the Pacific Ocean.  Then he heads off to work by 8:00 a.m. where he sells real estate in Hawaii.  Stewart works about 20 hours per week selling real estate in one of the most beautiful places in the world.  When asked why doesn’t he just relax and take it easy, he said,  “I’ve thought about [retiring], but what would I do?” he asks. “I enjoy real estate so much it would be hard to leave.”

He first broke into the real estate business in the 1960’s.  Stewart continued to say,  “It’s the people you meet and the interaction with those people,” he explains. “And then what happens afterward. Forty years later you go to the supermarket and someone walks up to you and says, ‘You sold my father his house!’

Stewart calls clients daily, shows properties for sale, and negotiates contracts.  When he’s not power dealing real estate, he’s volunteering at the local Boy Scouts and YMCA.  Stewart contributes his long and happy life with attitude and exercise.

What’s not to love about this guy?  We at Exit Realty Bob Lamb & Associates embrace this type of spirit and encourage our agents to have the same approach towards work and life.  We believe that our agents although not 99 years old, work hard at life and real estate.  When you have people like this your agency excels, and everyone benefits.

If you would like someone in the Middle Tennessee area to represent you with the same zeal as Stewart Wade, please contact us today!
