    4 Summer Meals that Will Satisfy the Whole Family

    There are certain dishes that seem to taste their best during the summer season. In addition, life is often more hectic for families when the weather is warmer, making it more challenging to find time to cook fancy meals. The solution is simple, yet delicious meals the entire family will enjoy. Especially if you have kids, it is not always easy to find something everyone likes, but the following four summer meals are certain to be a big hit for family members and friends of all ages.

You will also need your favorite seasoning blend or homemade seasoning blend. You can then cook the chicken or shrimp on a grill or over the stovetop and mix in vegetables. Finally, serve the delicious recipe on tortilla shells with pico de gallo and guacamole. 

    Rigatoni with Italian Sausage

    This dish is perfect for Italian lovers. Rigatoni is a tasty pasta that is great with tomatoes and Italian sausage. All you will need for this recipe is uncooked rigatoni, Italian sausage, diced tomatoes and tomato paste (you can find the full ingredient list here). You can then cook the rigatoni, adding in all of the additional ingredients as you go. This dish is great for lunch or dinner and a great option for picky children who like simple Italian pasta recipes, yet it is still unique enough to impress adult friends and family. 

    Lemon Chicken Skillet Dinner

    A lemon chicken skillet dinner includes chicken with lemon seasoning cooked over a skillet with delicious vegetables added in. It is very easy to prepare, smells great while cooking and something most if not all will absolutely love. You can pick and choose your favorite vegetables and spices to add. For extra spice, add some peppers. You can also substitute the lemon seasoning for garlic as well. 

    Summer Vegetable Chilli

    Vegetable chili is a lighter option that works well on a warm summer afternoon. After lots of play and activity in the hot sun, many families are not interested in a large, heavy meal, which is when summer vegetable chili is at its best. You can fill this tomato-based dish with all of your favorite vegetables, although we recommend adding beans, corn and mushrooms. You can mix in pasta if desired as well. Summer vegetable chili takes less than an hour to prepare, and it is a delicious way to get children to eat their vegetables.
