    3 Easy to Make Spring-Time Dessert Treats

    Spring is here, and as the weather continues to warm up refrigerated and frozen dessert treats start to sound more and more delicious.     Raspberry Meringue Pie

    Raspberry meringue pie is another great family-style spring dessert. You can easily prepare a large pie in under an hour, making it perfect for busy parents who want to surprise their significant other and children with a fun and delicious dessert. You will need is Biscoff cookies (or shortbread cookies), raspberries, lemon juice, heavy cream, sugar and egg whites. It only takes half an hour to put it together, and no baking time is required.     Lemon Mascarpone Parfaits

    If cheesecake and pie is a little more effort than you had in mind, then a parfait is the way to go for springtime dessert treats. There is something about the lemon flavor that just makes it taste better in April, May and June. For this dessert, you will need ladyfinger cookies, lemon sorbet, mascarpone, heavy cream, condensed milk, vanilla extract, lemon curd, lemon zest and raspberries. You can then easily make the lemon mascarpone parfaits by combining the mixture and refrigerating until you are ready to serve.  

    When to Serve Spring Desserts

    There is never a bad time to serve spring desserts. You can serve it after dinner and use it as motivation to get kids to clear their dinner plate. It is also great on warmer weekend days.
