His brokerage was awarded the "Single Highest Grossing Exit Realty Office in the USA for years 2012, 2013, 2014 & 2016 and accomplished this with less than 100 sales agents. Jeramie has been in the Real Estate industry for over 15 years, beginning with residential real estate investing. Jeramie is also a licensed General Contractor, as well as an owner of a residential land development company. Jeramie's main focus is building businesses, Real Estate brokerage & sales and land development. Jeramie also conducts various training and coaching classes to teach business owners and realtors how to achieve their full potential.

Jeramie lives in Murfreesboro with his wife Christa, son Aaron and daughter Ella. He enjoys playing with his kids, reading, writing, business planning, and flying his private airplane.
