Jeramie Taber is a successful real estate specialist and entrepreneur, owning several companies in the industry. As President and majority owner of Exit Realty Bob Lamb & Associates in Murfreesboro, his brokerage averages $250 million in annual sales and has been the top-grossing Exit Realty office in the U.S. six times, with a team of about 100 agents.
With 25 years in real estate, Jeramie started in residential investing and now owns the brokerage, a real estate holding company, a construction firm, and a land development company. He builds 10-15 homes annually and has developed notable communities like Trafalgar Square and Northside Estates. In 2020, he contracted 116 lots in the Staghorn Subdivision, where over half of the homes are sold and the remaining lots have sold to builders represented by Jeramie’s EXIT agents.
Jeramie also mentors industry professionals through training and coaching. In 2016, he ranked #2 nationally out of 25,000 agents for Gross Commission Income with Exit International.
He lives in Murfreesboro with his wife Christa and their two children, Aaron and Ella. His hobbies include spending time with family, reading, writing, business planning, and flying his private plane.
