My Name is Billie Jo Josovitz and I specialize in helping buyers and sellers invest in real estate in the middle Tennessee area including Brentwood, Christiana, Eagleville, Franklin, LaVergne, Nashville, Murfreesboro, Smyrna and surrounding areas.
As a current homebuilder, real estate agent and daughter of a general contractor, I bring experience along with special tools and solutions that exceed the expectations of my clients.

I have over 15 yrs. experience in the sales and marketing industry along with the knowledge and experience gained from our family owned construction company.
I have one beautiful college age daughter that shares my passion for travel as we do so frequently but in the U.S. and abroad. We both enjoy staying active within our community and firmly believe that when we are blessed with success we should share that success with those less fortunate. We also enjoy our church family at World Outreach Church in Murfreesboro, TN.
