Hello my name is Anna Highfill and I specialize in helping buyer's and seller's invest in real estate in the Middle Tennessee area including Murfreesboro, Smyrna, LaVergne, Manchester, Franklin, Antioch, Lebanon and surrounding areas. As well as short sales and HUD/foreclosure homes.
I have over 5 years experience in the real estate industry. Beginning my career I joined one of Murfreesboro's #1 teams and along with 30 other agents to help launch Keller Williams Realty. There, my husband Gary and I served in the top 10% in agent production, won several top selling awards, served as members of the KW Cares committee helping in community and charitable contribution, as well as agent training and teaching classes. I also served on the Board if Director's (Agent Leadership Council) for 2007. Making the move to Exit Realty in October 2008 to work with president of the company and my friend Jeramie Taber. Then merging with Bob Lamb in January 2010 to launch one dynamic Exit Realty where I am a member of the Million Dollar Sales club and serve on the Agent Leadership Council. What an amazing group of agents we have with us now. Our service, customer satisfaction, knowledge of the area and market, and commitment to our clients make us second to none.

I was born and raised here in Murfreesboro. Have watched it grow into a wonderful place to live, work and raise my family. My husband Gary is a Captain for the Metro Nashville Fire Department and is a retired real estate agent who continues to assist me with my business. I have two wonderful daughters, Cailsey 20 and Claire 16. We have supported years of Rutherford county charities such as MTSU's Homer Pittard Campus School, the Meals on Wheels program, Siegel High School, Habitat for Humanity and Stone's River Kiwanis Girls softball. I have been a member of Murfreesboro's Third Baptist Church for over 20 years. I love it here and can't imagine living anywhere. It's a great place to call home.
