I have been involved in Real Estate in some way since 1976.
I started my career as a floral and interior designer working with builders and clients to customize their new and existing homes. Owning my own design firm was a valuable experience in managing large events and major projects. My focus changed when I moved to California and discovered that most new construction was tract building. In 2000 I started building custom homes with a southern flair.
Valley View Homes Inc. specialized in homes featuring extensive molding and features that we had experienced during the time we lived in Collierville, TN. VVH built 13 homes valued @ 600,000 to 1.3 million. Working with clients on lot purchases, house plans and interior design was exciting and challenging. I also assisted clients with loan procurement and city and county permitting.
My husband Gerry and I have been married 39 years and have known each other since before grade school. We have 2 grown children; Aaron is a piping designer in Houston, TX and Miranda is a nurse in Fayetteville, NC. We have 2 beautiful grandsons, Zac and Thomas.
In our 39 years of marriage we have moved 17 times and have purchased and sold 21 lots and homes.
I feel that my experiences enable me to provide my real estate clients with my vast knowledge that makes their buying and selling experience a smooth and stress free transaction.
